8 Tips To Maintain Your Holiday Sanity

Greetings my friends!

I hope that your workouts are going well!  I am loving the posts!  Keep them up!  Remember to include all your stats with your pictures (time, weight, rounds completed)!   

If you haven't had a chance to start your workouts or are struggling with getting in all 4 per week, don't fret!  There is still time, so get started!  If you feel as though you've fallen behind, don't quit!  Something is almost always better than nothing!  No one enjoys starting over, so stop giving up.  We all have good days and bad days, good weeks and bad weeks.  Consistency is key.  Even if a bit of time lapses, get back to it!  Don't wait for the new year... get moving NOW!  Let's make it through the holidays ahead of the game!  

I know schedules are packed and the "To Do" list looms ominously above your heads, but I promise you that you can make it through the holidays with your sanity intact.
