Hi there ,
I don’t want to flood your inbox or sound overly salesy, but I do want to take a moment to be very clear about who Essential Strength is for, because that clarity makes it easier to confidently say yes or no.
This program is not designed for someone looking for extreme fitness challenges.
If you’re
excited by things like 75 Hard, high-intensity programs, CrossFit-style training, or hour-long workouts six days a week, this probably isn’t your thing. And that’s okay.
Essential Strength is for a different kind of woman.
It’s for someone who may not love working out, but understands that strength training matters if she wants to stay independent, capable, and confident as she gets older.
It’s for someone
who:
- Wants to feel strong in daily life, not crushed after workouts
- Is thinking about aging well, moving confidently, and staying active long-term
- Doesn’t want fitness to take over her schedule or identity
- Needs something realistic that works alongside work, family, and life
Many women I coach aren’t chasing aesthetics or extremes. They’re thinking ahead:
“I want to be able to carry groceries, travel,
hike, play with my kids or
grandkids, and feel capable and strong in my day-to-day life.”
“I want my workouts to support my life, not compete with it.”
“I want consistency that doesn’t fall apart when life gets hectic.””
That’s exactly who Essential Strength was built for.
The program provides:
- Structured strength workouts that are efficient and purposeful
- A realistic weekly schedule that doesn’t
require daily gym sessions
- Progression that builds strength without leaving you exhausted or run down
- Guidance and accountability through a supportive group environment
Everything is delivered through my app, so you always know exactly what to do when you show up. No guessing. No overthinking. No bouncing between random workouts.
Essential Strength gives you enough structure to make progress, enough flexibility to fit real life, and
enough support to stay consistent, without demanding more time or energy than you can realistically give.
If you’re looking for strength training that helps you age with confidence, maintain independence, and feel capable in your body without extremes, this may be a really good fit.
