Can I be honest with you for a second?
I'm not a fan of the "get your bikini body" programs that flood the internet every Spring. The "hot girl
summer" messaging. The before-and-after photos. The idea that the whole point of getting fit is to look a certain way on the beach.
That's not what I'm about. And I don't think it's what you're about either.
Here's what I think about when I think about a strong summer:
- Hiking a trail and actually enjoying it instead of struggling to keep up.
- Playing with your kids or grandkids without your back aching by the end of the day.
- Carrying all the groceries in one trip, because you absolutely can.
- Getting
through a full day of activity and still having energy left over.
- Feeling confident and capable in your body, not because of how it looks, but because of what it can do.
That's what Strong by Summer is built around. Strength that shows up in your real life. In the things you love. In the moments that
matter.
Now, a quick note on who this program is for, and who it isn't:
This IS for you if:
- You're a woman 35+ who wants to start strength training or build on where you are
- You're a beginner or intermediate lifter looking for real structure and guidance
- You've been curious about lifting but haven't known where to start
- You missed the program last year and have been waiting for another chance
This is NOT for
you if:
- You're already training with me 1-on-1. Your programming is already taken care of, this isn't something you need, and I've got you covered.
- You completed Strong by Summer last year. You've already built that foundation, this round is for the women who are just getting started on theirs.
