One of the
biggest myths I hear from women over 35 is this: "I missed my window. It's too late to get strong."
It's not true. And the science backs it up.
Here are 3 things I want you to know right now:

Strength training works at every age — and women over 35 who train consistently see real, measurable gains in strength, energy, and confidence.
2. YOU DON'T NEED TO TRAIN LIKE A 25-YEAR-OLD. Smarter programming — not harder — is what gets results. Recovery, progression, and consistency beat intensity every time.
3. YOU DON'T NEED HOURS IN THE GYM. The women I work with train 3–4 days a week and feel stronger than they have in years. It's about the right work, not more work.
