As promised I am announcing this years holiday challenge!

If you remember Festivus from Seinfeld, the “holiday for the rest of us”, you’ll get it.

The aluminum pole, the airing of grievances, the feats of strength… all in the name of keeping things real during the chaos of the season.

That’s exactly what inspired this challenge.

Fit-ish Festivus kicks off December 1!  This is a 23-day, free challenge built to help you stay grounded, strong, and sane(ish) through the holidays.

Here’s what you can expect:

• 23 days of movement, nourishment, and mindset challenges — a mix of strength, stretch, and self-care to keep you grounded through the holidays
• Workouts you can do anywhere with just dumbbells or bands, all 30 minutes or less
• Simple nutrition swaps and mindful habits to boost energy without adding rules or restriction
• Moments to pause and reset so you don’t lose yourself in the holiday chaos
• A few feats of strength and maybe a light airing of grievances, because we all need a good laugh this time of year

Big changes don’t last when life’s already busy.
 

This challenge helps you stay consistent enough to feel good, keep moving, and roll into the new year already ahead.
